Returning products
You have ordered a product on our website and upon receiving it, it turns out not to be what you had in mind. That happens. You can return the product to us, provided that it is undamaged and unopened. Announce your return by email to service@buyyoghurt.com.
Returns and refunds
Returning an order costs € 10,95. You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Returned orders are refunded to your bank account within 14 days of us receiving the return.
